I had the opportunity to meet up with a girlfriend and take some pictures of her and her adorable pooch Austin. Don’t you just love him?

On Sunday I met up with Julia and Tyler. They brought along their adorable pug Toby. Hopefully we wore Toby out a little after all the running around. I’m sure Julia is anxious to see some of these.

This one is definitely one of my favorites!!

I had the opportunity to meet up with Jamie on Saturday. She is winning an award from her alma mater and needed some head shots. Despite the dreary weather we had an absolute blast and Jamie even up up for running through the fountain. Ok, maybe we had too much fun!

I thought this shot of Jamie was so hilarious that I had to include it.

I told you we may have had a little too much fun!

Ok sorry these are late but we had an awesome 4th of July. A lot of our friends came over and we had a good time. Please don’t ask me why my sister has the in her words ‘cool hair’. Ugghhh kids these days.

Who doesn’t love playing with snappers?

Alyssa had never seen snappers before, it took her a few minutes to figure them out. She loved all the confetti from some of the fireworks.

Lucy ran away from the first smoke bomb she saw.

OK since I had so many more pictures I had to post a few more. As you can tell from the shots we had an absolute blast!

Don’t worry everyone if you want to see all of them then they’re here and yes they’re password protected – you’ll just have to play the guessing game on that one.
Last weekend I went down to Lake of the Ozarks with some girlfriends. We had an absolute blast shopping, swimming and chilling. We ate at this place called Backwater Jack’s, if you ever stop by there be sure to get their drink called “Pain in the Ass” you can add a floater of 151 to it. Let’s just say those things are strong!!

Don’t worry that’s not all of them. I have a ton more pictures I’ll be adding tonight.
I had a ton of pictures from the bike race last week. So I had to do a second post because trying to limit my favorites to a couple was just too hard.

Always make sure your tires are pumped up before the big race.

Part of my bike

Ofcourse I couldn’t post about the bike race without some shots of Amandus and Lucas.

Last night I was in the bike race for Corporate Challenge. This was my first year doing it and while I didn’t do as good as I had hoped they had better watch out for next year!
My coworker Dustin was in it as well and I hung out with his two sons – Amandus and Lucas – while he raced. Aren’t his boys handsome?
Dustin figuring a game plan before the race:

Yay Dustin!!!

He was a smart dad and brought toys and coloring books to entertain his boys.

I would have totally won if I’d had this helmet!!

Doesn’t Lucas look just like his dad?

Don’t worry I still have plenty of pictures left from the race to blog about. You’ll be seeing a part 2 post shortly.
Brandy graduated from Maple Woods Community College with her associate’s degree on Friday. Way to go Brandy, I’m so proud of you!! Here’s Brandy with her husband Jason.

What do you get when you combine gorgeous day, food and a flame thrower? Oh that would be my family’s typical Mother’s Day (and yes I’m serious about the flame thrower). Let’s just say my dad is a little out there, weird, eccentric. Who doesn’t love flame throwers? As established previously, I am a pyromaniac so having one makes total sense. Everyone NEEDS a flamethrower. Why use boring matches and lighter fluid when you can see flames the size of small children with an apparatus that looks like it belongs in Halo? Who cares if the bag of charcoal was designed to be lit? It’s way cooler to do it this way.
My sisters, don’t they look stunning?

Umm Jessica thought I was going a little overboard on the pictures by this point

Yes here’s the flame thrower I promised…..
